**10 Scores and 3 Napa Golf Club tournaments required in the previous 12 months
to play in NCGA tournaments and the Club Championship. For the NCGA 4-Ball Net Qualifier on 14th February, the NCGA rule
is that if the team member's handicaps differ by more than 8 strokes, a 10% reduction will be imposed on both players' Course
Handicaps.

Starting with the
four club tournament on 29th May, 2010, all tournaments will be sequential tee times. This will alleviate congestion on the
course that occurs as a result of the shotgun starts we use for some of our tournaments. When you sign up for the tournaments,
please indicate the approximate time you would like to start. The first tee time will be 7.30 a.m. approximately.
